The Challenge
Shopify could not handle the full meal-plan, subscription, kitchen, delivery, and analytics complexity needed for large daily UAE delivery volume.
What We Built
We partnered with Meal plan company · UAE to ship a production-ready SaaS product for FoodTech. We started with a Shopify-webhook backend panel, then migrated the business onto a custom Next.js and Node.js platform with AdminJS workflows. We built customer web, React Native customer apps, driver apps, WhatsApp menu workflows, recipe and kitchen operations, and Checkout.com payment integration.
How We Delivered
Started with a Shopify-webhook backend panel, then migrated the business onto a custom Next.js and Node.js platform with AdminJS workflows.
Built customer web, React Native customer apps, driver apps, WhatsApp menu workflows, recipe and kitchen operations, and Checkout.com payment integration.
Added analytics and ETL using MongoDB watchers, Lambda, SQS, MySQL, and Athena for operational reporting beyond basic storefront metrics.
Tied reporting to kitchen and delivery volume, not just storefront checkout metrics.
