Deep work is the default. Some projects run a standup, some don't. We avoid micromanagement either way: write it down, ship it, stay available when it matters.

We work together from the India office. Limited WFH for special cases, not hybrid. When a project needs someone on the ground in India or Dubai, we travel.

Roles we're hiring for now.
- 2-3 years in manual and/or automated QA for web or mobile products
- Experience writing test cases, bug reports, and regression suites
- Familiarity with tools like Postman and at least one automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
- An eye for edge cases and a habit of thinking like a user
- 2.5-5 years designing for digital and marketing use across web, social, and decks
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects a plus
- A portfolio that shows range: brand, social, and presentation design
- Comfortable turning a rough brief into a polished visual with minimal hand-holding
- 3-4 years building production React Native apps
- Strong grasp of native modules, navigation, and state management
- Experience shipping to both the App Store and Play Store
- Comfortable working close to backend APIs and debugging platform-specific issues
- 2-5 years designing digital products (web and/or mobile)
- Strong UX fundamentals: flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- A portfolio showing shipped product work, not just concepts
- Available for a contractual engagement, scope and duration discussed per project
- 3+ years managing software or digital projects end to end
- Comfortable running standups, sprint planning, and client status calls
- Experience with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
