The Challenge
The program needed population-level TB screening across target areas, coordinating headquarters configuration, field teams, PHC workflows, X-ray and audio screening, lab follow-up, and continuous BI monitoring.
What We Built
We partnered with The Union · Urban End TB to ship a production-ready public-health platform for Public Health. We built the core screening stack: Django admin, KML/polygon target-area planning, offline-first React Native field app, Postgres backend, and Apache Superset dashboards. We implemented QR-code beneficiary identification, household questionnaires, X-ray upload workflows, and lab-test tracking. We current system scale includes about 31K household records, 26K recording forms, and 77K total records.
How We Delivered
Built the core screening stack: Django admin, KML/polygon target-area planning, offline-first React Native field app, Postgres backend, and Apache Superset dashboards.
Implemented QR-code beneficiary identification, household questionnaires, X-ray upload workflows, and lab-test tracking.
Integrated third-party AI/CAD screening for X-ray based TB possibility detection and a self-hosted cough-audio screening workflow. Public copy does not name AI vendors.
Current system scale includes about 31K household records, 26K recording forms, and 77K total records.
