The Challenge
Healthcare providers across India needed practical, multilingual guidance for TB care. Frontline workers, medical officers, lab technicians, and private practitioners had to navigate diagnosis pathways, NTEP protocols, facility referrals, and continuous learning without a single reliable digital system.
What We Built
We partnered with IIPHG · Central TB Division to ship a production-ready AI platform for Public Health. We built Android, iOS, and web apps with React Native and ReactJS, backed by NestJS services and Python AI plugins on AWS and Kubernetes. We shipped clinical decision support for complex TB pathways including MDR-TB, pediatric TB, and extrapulmonary TB, aligned with NTEP protocols. We delivered learning modules, live assessments, facility mapping for 75K+ facilities, Query to CoE workflows, resource repositories, and state-wise government admin dashboards.
How We Delivered
Built Android, iOS, and web apps with React Native and ReactJS, backed by NestJS services and Python AI plugins on AWS and Kubernetes.
Shipped clinical decision support for complex TB pathways including MDR-TB, pediatric TB, and extrapulmonary TB, aligned with NTEP protocols.
Added an AI SETU chatbot with voice and text support, LangChain orchestration, multi-model calls, rule-based hot questions, and NTEP API fallback. Trained on 1.7 lakh+ TB queries.
Delivered learning modules, live assessments, facility mapping for 75K+ facilities, Query to CoE workflows, resource repositories, and state-wise government admin dashboards.
