The Challenge
A small cooperative bank needed to reconcile UPI, IMPS, NEFT, ATM/POS, CBS, and parent-account transaction data. Manual work involved 70+ files per day, PGP handling, charge calculations, and error checks that took one to two days.
What We Built
We partnered with Small cooperative bank · India to ship a production-ready FinTech product for Banking · FinTech Ops. We built an Electron.js desktop app with browser automation for portal login/logout and configuration-managed file downloads. We added PGP encryption/decryption utilities, file parsing, batch reconciliation, charge calculation, error dashboards, and report downloads. We reduced a one-to-two-day manual process to a few minutes and helped clear backlog.
